Sales Advisor (B2C) | Full-Time | Hybrid Opportunity After Training

Are you competitive, driven, and passionate about helping others achieve their goals? We're looking for motivated Sales Advisors to join our growing team!

This is a B2C consultative sales role where you'll work with warm leads only—no cold calling. You'll connect with prospective students who have already expressed interest in our fitness certification programs and help guide them toward the right educational path.

• Follow up with inbound leads (approximately 150 outbound follow-up calls/day)
• Consult with prospective students and recommend the best certification programs
• Sell a portfolio of fitness education products, including Personal Training, Nutrition, Corrective Exercise, and more
• Meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Competitive, goal-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic
• Former athletes, personal trainers, or those passionate about fitness are highly encouraged to apply
• B2C or inside sales experience is a plus, but drive and coachability matter most

• Uncapped monthly commissions
• Average earnings: $110,000/year
• Top performers earn $150,000+/year

• Onsite during training, with hybrid flexibility after successful ramp-up
• Flexible schedule with rotating weekend coverage
