We’re seeking an Ox Territory Sales Manager who’s ready to be part of an innovative company delivering high-performance building solutions that simplify construction and ensure code compliance.
About the RoleAs a Territory Sales Manager for Ox, you will focus on growing our business with national and regional builders, particularly in the area of continuous insulation. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director/West, you will be an integral part of a team responsible for designing and executing our strategy to increase penetration with single and multi‑family builders in the Seattle, Portland, Spokane, Phoenix and CA markets.
This role requires a self‑motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a willingness to navigate a complex network of channel influencers.
- Focus on growing our Ox‑Is and Polyiso products with single & multi-family builders as codes change to favor continuous insulation.
- Take ownership of the process of converting builders in specific regions.
- Manage the supply chain in your markets to support new and existing builder business.
- Provide training in the field to installers, code officials, dealers, and other groups that are part of the sales process for the builder.
- Set expectations with the field to support the builder.
- Attend key industry events to promote Ox’s portfolio of products.
- Complete special projects as assigned by the Regional Sales Director/West.
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
- Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Building Science background
- 5+ years sales experience in the building products industry
- Experience working with single-family and multi-family builders.
- Experience presenting to builders, framers, architects, code officials and distributors/dealers.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Self-starter and creative problem solver with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Passion and desire to “hunt” new business.
- High personal and professional integrity.
- Willingness to travel (estimated at 60% directly).
- Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) including respirators.
- Employees required to wear respirators must be clean-shaven where the respirator seal meets the face to pass qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
