About the Role

We are looking for bilingual candidates with 2+ years of B2B or consultative sales experience with new business development experience in enterprise, insurance and financial services. Our salaried, career Sales Account Managers are responsible for selling worksite insurance products and services in a defined sales territory with an existing customer base. You will build strong, long‑term relationships with our K‑12 school accounts and develop specific, needs‑based recommendations for their employees, highlighting the benefits of American Fidelity’s insurance product.

• Focus on growing and maintaining existing K‑12 school accounts by one‑on‑one selling of worksite insurance products and services to the community.
• Consult with current customers to provide value and meet their financial needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and association executives.
• Develop customized, needs‑based employee benefit packages through annual benefit enrollments and group presentations.

• Two years of sales experience with a demonstrated pattern of success, career growth, sales achievements and awards.
• Excellent customer‑service skills.
• Candidates with no more than two jobs in the last five years.
• Preferred: 60 hours of college education or an associate’s degree.
• Preferred ability to pass financial, criminal and motor‑vehicle background checks.

• First‑year income potential between $87,000 and $119,000, including Fast‑Start Bonus incentives.
