Job Title: Program Advisor – Outbound Sales

Location: Gilbert, AZ (Onsite initially, with hybrid option after initial ramp-up)

base salary + commissions = total comp - 110-150k+

Join our client’s team in Gilbert, AZ and help fitness professionals advance their careers. As a Program Advisor, you will focus primarily on outbound calling to connect with customers interested in certifications and specializations. You’ll assess customer needs, recommend relevant products, and play an important role in achieving sales targets within a supportive, collaborative team environment.

• Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls (approximately 150 calls per day) to potential customers and leads.
• Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships, and guide them through the sales process.
• Assess customer needs, recommend appropriate products and solutions that support their professional goals.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM.
• Stay current with industry trends and product updates.
• Attend onsite sales and product trainings at the Gilbert, AZ office.
• Collaborate with team members to serve health club accounts and existing clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets through proactive outreach.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of outbound sales experience strongly preferred.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Highly self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.
• Exceptional communication and listening skills; ability to assist and motivate customers via phone.
• Team player with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

This position is based on-site in Gilbert, Arizona. After the initial ramp-up and training period, a hybrid schedule may be available.
