Concept Commercial Construction is hiring an Arizona Business Development Leader, someone who hears about projects before they hit the market and gets invited into the early conversations.
We're not looking for someone to learn Arizona. We're looking for someone Arizona already knows.
You open the doors. Our estimating and preconstruction team delivers behind them.
500+ builds since 2010. Statewide. Ready when you are.
What you ll own:- A qualified pipeline of commercial opportunities, TIs, medical/dental, office, retail, ground-up
- Early conversations, before projects hit the open market
- Relationships with brokers, developers, architects, property managers, and owners
- Turning opportunities into awarded work alongside our estimating and precon team
- 5+ years in Arizona commercial construction or CRE business development
- A network that already answers when you call
- Documented results, pipeline built, revenue awarded
- Knowledge of TIs, healthcare buildouts, and ground-up construction
