The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a people person with a sales mindset. Someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with clients, knows how to make people feel welcome, and understands that an exceptional guest experience is what turns a first-time visitor into a loyal client.

You’re organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership; you see what needs to be done and jump in. You can balance hospitality with business goals, keep yourself productive during slower moments, and stay focused on getting clients booked, cared for, and coming back.

At Heyday Phoenix, we’re setting the standard for what modern skincare and wellness can look like.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:
  • Love people and naturally build genuine connections with clients
  • Are confident, personable, and comfortable having sales conversations
  • Can turn a great interaction into a booking and a booking into a rebooking
  • Are motivated by goals and take pride in hitting both individual and studio targets
  • Are highly organized and able to juggle phones, emails, bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and daily priorities
  • Take initiative and can stay productive without constant direction
  • Are willing to do whatever is reasonably needed to take care of the client and keep the studio running smoothly
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in person, over the phone, and via text/email
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and actively contribute to a positive studio culture
  • Are coachable, adaptable, and excited to continuously improve
  • Are available to work weekends, opening shifts, and closing shifts
About the Role

As a Front of House / Sales Associate team member at Heyday, you are the first and last impression of our studio. You’ll create a warm, elevated, and highly personalized experience from the moment a client reaches out to the moment they leave while supporting the business behind the scenes to keep the studio organized, efficient, and thriving.

You are a key part of our sales and retention engine.

You’ll help new clients understand what we offer, confidently recommend the right services and enhancements, introduce memberships and packages, and make sure every client leaves with a clear next step for their skin.

Our goal isn't simply to get someone through the door, but to create an experience that makes them want to come back.

What You’ll Do Client Experience & Hospitality
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized hospitality at every touchpoint
  • Create genuine connections with clients and make them feel known, welcomed, and cared for
  • Manage check-in and check-out with confidence, warmth, and attention to detail

  • Anticipate client needs and proactively solve problems
  • Handle unexpected situations calmly and creatively while protecting the client experience
Sales & Client Retention
  • Convert inquiries and leads into booked appointments
  • Educate clients on treatments, enhancements, memberships, packages, and promotions
  • Confidently recommend products and services based on client needs
  • Support Skin Therapists in driving enhancement, membership, retail, and rebooking opportunities
  • Own the rebooking conversation and help clients identify their next appointment before they leave
  • Follow up with clients and leads to drive bookings, rebookings, and retention
  • Help turn first-time guests into long-term Heyday clients
  • Work toward individual and studio sales and performance goals
Studio Operations
  • Keep the front desk and client-facing areas clean, organized, and inviting
  • Assist with inventory, product restocking, retail sales, returns, and general studio organization
  • Support Skin Therapists with smooth room turnover, check-in/check-out, and daily operations
  • Complete daily studio tasks and projects with minimal direction
  • Stay productive during slower periods and proactively identify ways to support the team
  • Help maintain operational standards and consistency across the studio
