Senior Living Sales Specialist

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Senior Living Sales Specialist to join our resident-first, service-oriented team. In this Healthcare & Medical Services sales role, you will build relationships with seniors and their families, conduct tours, and guide them through the decision-making process for independent living. You'll manage lead follow-up, outreach, and referral partnerships to drive occupancy growth. Collaborating with community and corporate teams, you will demonstrate our resort-style amenities, explain all-inclusive services, and maintain accurate CRM records while embodying compassion, hospitality, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and manage leads from inquiries, referrals, and outreach efforts
• Conduct personalized tours and presentations for seniors and families
• Guide prospects through needs assessment, pricing, and move-in process
• Develop and maintain relationships with professional referral sources
• Collaborate with community teams to support events and marketing initiatives
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines, and sales reports
• Monitor local market trends and competitor communities
• Meet or exceed occupancy and sales goals set by leadership
