Pay Range: $17.00
On-site Security is seeking to employ a Security Guard position at Mint CannabisOn-site Security is a professional management services provider currently hiring unique talent for an Arizona Licensed Non-Profit Dispensary that specializes in serving the Medical Cannabis community. Superior caliber patient service is a priority Bright root standard, and providing patients with safe access to clean, high-quality products is of top company concern. The work environment is fast-paced and non-traditional.
Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, value teamwork, have professional integrity, a strong sense of personal accountability, and be career-oriented.
What You’ll Do- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter suspicious activity and maintain visibility
- Monitor and control access to the facility, including and secure entry
- Respond quickly and appropriately to alarms, incidents, or emergencies
- Provide helpful, professional customer service to guests, patients, and employees
- Enforce company policies with consistency, respect, and professionalism
- Maintain accurate reports, logs, and incident documentation
- Assist with line control, crowd management, and daily security operations
- 1+ year of professional security experience preferred
- Strong observational skills and decision-making under pressure
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
- A calm, respectful, and consistent approach to policy enforcement
- Must be at least 21 years of age
