Job Summary

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer. The role focuses on delivering high‑level customer service and security operations in office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and other environments.

  7:00 pm to 7:00 am Saturday & Sunday
• Hourly wage: $20.26 (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Documentation of high school diploma or GED
• Successful completion of a comprehensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient basic phone and computer skills
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
• State license required if applicable
