Concierge Security Officer - Data Center

About the Role

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Deer Valley, AZ. This role combines customer service with security duties across office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and other environments.

  Deer Valley, AZ
• Set schedule:
  Shift 1: 10:00pm to 6:00am Saturday & Sunday;
  Shift 2: 7:00am to 7:00pm Saturday & Sunday

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience – even better
• State license if required

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
