Job Description

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer to provide exemplary customer service and security in high-traffic settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Mesa, AZ
Schedule:

40 hours per week (Shift 1: 7:00 am–7:00 pm Saturday/Sunday; 11:00 pm–7:00 am Monday/Wednesday)

Responsibilities

Welcome visitors, verify identity, and guide them as needed
Manage access control and conduct regular patrols to identify risks
Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams

Answer questions in person or by phone
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the U.S.
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)
Ability to pass an extensive screening process
Exceptional customer service skills
Basic phone and computer proficiency
Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience preferred
State security license as required

Other Requirements

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
