Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer. This role focuses on providing top-tier customer service across shift schedules in office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and more. Candidates should have a natural ability to engage with others, soothing and inspiring confidence in visitors and staff.

• Schedule:
  
  Part‑time, 1st shift, Saturday & Sunday 5:30 am‑5:30 pm, 24 hours per week

• Welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Managing access control
• Performing regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspecting security equipment and reporting maintenance needs
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, and coordinating with emergency teams
• Answering questions in person or by phone
• Writing incident reports and communicating security concerns
• Ensuring the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Valid Arizona guard license
