As a Security Officer
- Patrol Representative in Gilbert, AZ
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control and respond to site needs with strong customer service, clear communication, and a people-first approach grounded in teamwork, reliability, and integrity.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouses, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, verify credentials when required, and support access control procedures for restricted areas.
• Assist with traffic flow, vehicle patrol activity, and/or routine inspections of gates, doors, lighting, and exterior areas, reporting maintenance or security-related issues according to site policy.

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
