Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.;
Report observed hazards, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and security-related issues to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
