• As a Junior Installer at Holiday Light Co, you’ll be part of a 2-person crew responsible for installing high-end holiday lighting on homes and businesses. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role that rewards efficiency, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. No prior lighting experience is necessary — we’ll train you on tools, safety, and installation techniques. Ideal for individuals looking for focused seasonal work with clear expectations and consistent pay.

• As a seasonal installer at Holiday Light Co, you'll be part of a small team that installs professional-grade Christmas lighting on homes and commercial properties. This is hands-on, outdoor work that involves climbing ladders, setting up lights along roofs, gutters, trees, and landscapes, and working with tools and electrical connections.

Most work is done in 2-person crews
, where you'll help measure, cut, and install custom light runs using commercial lighting materials. You’ll be out in the field every day, visiting new properties, setting up displays, and making sure everything looks clean, bright, and professionally installed.

• Experience & Skills
• Prior experience in construction, landscaping, roofing, or general labor is a plus
• Comfortable working at heights on ladders, roofs, and uneven terrain
• Able to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, and electrical connectors
• Capable of reading simple site plans or following visual installation guidelines
• Familiarity with custom wire work (SPT1, vampire plugs, timers) is a bonus

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (ladders, totes, reels of wire)
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended hours
• Good balance, coordination, and ladder safety awareness
• Able to kneel, reach overhead, and climb repeatedly throughout the day

• Shows up on time and ready to work every day
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Follows directions well and communicates clearly with team members
• Able to work independently and solve problems on the job site
• Professional and respectful in appearance and behavior — especially at customer properties

• Valid driver’s license is preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check if required
• Available to work full-time during the season, including some weekends during peak periods
• Willing to follow safety policies and company protocols at all times
