We are seeking an HVAC Installation Technician to join our team of experienced professionals. As an HVAC Installation Technician, you’ll gain knowledge in the HVAC industry through hands-on experience. Primary responsibilities include efficiently working with their team to complete the rough-in phase of construction.

• No prior HVAC experience required (this is an entry level position)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable form of transportation
• Alignment with GP Fleck’s core values
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and lift heavy equipment (60+ lbs)

• Assist in the installation of HVAC systems in new construction homes
• Work alongside experienced technicians to learn efficient HVAC installation procedures
• Strive for personal and professional growth
• Follow policy and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Maintain equipment and tools in proper working condition
