Job Title: HVAC Skilled Mechanical Installer

Location: Mesa, AZ (near S Sossaman Road and E Elliott Rd)

Pay: $21 per hour

NOTE: This job requires to travel to Mesa, AZ. Workers must have own transportation to reach worksite on time

Job Description: MGR Workforce is hiring HVAC Skilled Mechanical Installers for an HVAC installation project in Mesa, Arizona. This role is for individuals who can work independently, read job plans, and handle mechanical installation tasks with minimal supervision. This job also requires the workers to go through a mandatory drug and background checks which will be done by the Company.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Start time: 7:00 AM
• Shifts range from 10 to 12 hours per day
• Occasional Saturdays required
• Must be able to work extended hours consistently

Responsibilities:

• Install commercial and residential HVAC systems according to project plans and specifications
• Set and secure HVAC units, air handlers, condensers, and related mechanical equipment
• Install ductwork, piping, supports, and insulation as required
• Connect mechanical components and assist with system setup
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layout plans
• Ensure work is completed safely and meets quality standards
• Follow OSHA safety requirements and job site protocols
• Coordinate with helpers, leads, and supervisors on daily tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Requirements:

• Valid OSHA 10 certification is MANDATORY
• MANDATORY background check and drug screening done by the company
• Proven experience of at least 2-3 years as an HVAC mechanical installer
• Ability to read blueprints and follow installation plans
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening
• Physically able to lift heavy materials and work in demanding conditions
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to work long shifts and occasional Saturdays
