Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate HVAC installation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all aspects are organized and executed efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to review project specifications, determine installation requirements, and establish project timelines.
  • Assign HVAC installers to projects based on availability, skills, and requirements.
  • Communicate project details, timelines, and expectations to installers.
  • Monitor progress, providing regular updates to customers, project managers, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate delivery of equipment, materials, and supplies to job sites.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotes, place orders, and track delivery.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating subcontractors such as electricians or plumbers.
  • Monitor project budgets, tracking expenses to stay within limits.
  • Address issues or concerns during installation, finding timely solutions.
  • Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify installation quality.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, permits, and paperwork.
  • Coordinate with service team to schedule inspections and ensure compliance with codes.
  • Assist in preparing project reports and providing insights on status.
  • Continuously improve processes related to HVAC installations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in project coordination or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in coordinating HVAC installations or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and installation processes preferred.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
  • Proficiency with project management software and documentation tools.
  • Detail‑oriented and focused on accuracy.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
