Underground Tech : Entry-Level Civil Construction Training

Located in Gilbert, AZ with a second office in Henderson, NV. We are a leading general contractor specializing in telecommunications and infrastructure construction. We’re on the lookout for a motivated Underground Tech I to join our team. No prior experience is needed; we will provide all necessary training and certification.

• Develop skills in reading and understanding construction drawings
• Desire to gain working experience in directional drilling, utility locating, and hydro excavation
• Learn to operate equipment such as concrete saws, mini excavators, skid steers, and vacuum trucks
• Understand and adhere to site safety and awareness protocols
• Accurately follow methods of procedure and complete assigned tasks
  
  Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with team members and clients
• Overnight travel as needed
• Work effectively in various weather conditions, including heat, snow, rain, and wind

• No experience is required; we offer comprehensive training and certification courses
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to climb ladders, squat, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• A valid Driver’s License or CDL is a plus
• Minimum age of 18
• Good listening skills and eagerness to learn
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background screening
• Must be local to market
