• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
• Perform service technician tasks such as repair, equipment maintenance, welding, and mechanical adjustments to ensure optimal system performance.
• Conduct field service visits to property sites for routine inspections or urgent repairs involving HVAC systems
• Use diagnostic tools such as meters to test electrical circuits and ensure proper functioning of HVAC controls and refrigeration systems.
• Assist with HVAC system upgrades or new installations following safety standards and project specifications.
• Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs for all repairs performed while adhering to safety protocols.

minimum 3 years experience

EPA certification

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in construction environments, property maintenance, or facility management.
• Proven service technician experience with HVAC
• Ability to read schematics accurately and apply HVAC design principles during installation or troubleshooting processes.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as meters for electrical testing; capable of equipment repair
• Experience with field service operations requiring mechanic expertise across diverse mechanical systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
