Pay: $18–$21/hr (based on experience & certifications)

We’re looking for a reliable, skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician with an HVAC certification to join our team. Help us maintain safe, comfortable living spaces across our residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain & repair HVAC systems, make-ready units, plumbing, electrical, and appliances

• Respond promptly to resident service requests

• Perform general repairs: carpentry, painting, drywall, etc.

• Keep accurate maintenance records

• Ensure safety and compliance standards

• Collaborate with fellow maintenance team members

Requirements:

• HVAC certification (highly preferred)

• 1+ year experience in apartment/residential maintenance

• Strong knowledge of general repairs

• Own hand tools & power drill

• Good communication & customer service skills

• Able to lift heavy items and work in varying conditions

• Reliable transportation

Nice to Have:

• Extra certifications (plumbing, electrical, etc.)

• Familiarity with local building codes
