This is a hands-on position that requires adaptability and a strong team-player mindset. Candidates must be willing to assist the team with a variety of tasks beyond operating heavy equipment. If you are unwilling to pick up a shovel, help unclog the crusher, assist with screen changes, or take on other non-operator roles as needed, this position is not for you.

A willingness to get out of the cab and support the crew is essential to our success.

• Expert Dozer Operation: Safely maneuver and operate dozers across challenging terrain and varying weather conditions.
• Material Handling: Push and distribute rock efficiently to designated areas for crushing and processing.
• Site Preparation: Level ground, remove obstructions, and maintain work areas to support overall production.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and report malfunctions or necessary repairs.

• Extensive experience operating heavy equipment, especially dozers.
• In-depth knowledge of rock crushing operations and workflows.
• Ability to work in physically demanding, outdoor environments.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
