Location: Paradise Valley, Arizona

Pay: $25-30/hour + Benefits + Travel Stipend

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview: We are looking for an operator with experience in grading, including rough grade, final grades and pad prep, as well as demolition experience.

• Operate excavators, gannons, front loaders and skid steers safely and efficiently
• Ability to shoot grade and operate laser, read measurements
• Perform general labor and site work as needed
• Assist with grading, trenching, back filling, and other excavation‑related tasks
• Demolish concrete and entire buildings
• Loading, securing and towing trailers safely
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper operation
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

• Proven experience operating excavators, gannons, and skid steers
• Familiarity with laser grading systems
• Knowledge of soil compaction and dirt work
• Demolition experience while staying safe
• Reading of plans
• Willingness to perform manual labor
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• $25-30/hour
