• Diagnose, service, and repair complex commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Work on large-scale equipment including chillers, boilers, large RTUs, air handlers, cooling towers, and process cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, hydronic, and controls‑related issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
• Work with BAS/controls systems and sequences of operation.
• Identify root causes rather than simply replacing parts.
• Communicate directly with customers about system performance and repair recommendations.
• Document work clearly through service software and field technology.

• 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience.
• Strong experience with chillers, boilers, large RTUs, and industrial systems.
• EPA Universal Certification (required).
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Experience with BAS/controls systems preferred.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Comfortable working independently in critical environments.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
