Location: Gilbert Shop

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Status: Full-Time

Reports To: Shop Manager

This position is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands‑on experience working around vehicles, equipment, tools, and shop operations. We are looking for someone who wants more than just a job – we want someone interested in growing with our company and developing into a Maintenance Technician.

• Pressure wash and detail company vehicles and equipment
• Perform oil changes and assist with basic vehicle maintenance
• Stock company vehicles with tools, parts, and supplies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
• Assist with inventory management of tools, trailers, and equipment
• Pick up parts, materials, and supplies as needed
• Assist with trailer maintenance and equipment upkeep
• Support Maintenance Technicians while learning valuable maintenance and repair skills>
• Assist with preventive maintenance activities on vehicles and equipment

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements
• Reliable attendance and strong punctuality
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work varying hours when business needs require
• Interest in learning equipment, vehicle, and trailer maintenance

• Previous experience in a shop, warehouse, construction, automotive, or labor environment
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn
