Building Maintenance- Handyman

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Building Maintenance Candidate/Experienced Handyman to perform the maintenance, repair, and operation of our facilities.

You will coordinate repairs and adopt a hands‑on approach to perform various handyman jobs as needed. Your leadership will ensure that our property remains safe, welcoming, and operational for all customers and employees.

• Perform handyman tasks, including:
• Basic electrical repairs (e.g., replacing light fixtures and outlets).
• Plumbing repairs (e.g., fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures).
• Carpentry work (e.g., repairing doors, windows, and furniture).
• Drywall repairs (e.g., patching holes and repainting).
• Minor HVAC interventions (e.g., changing filters and troubleshooting issues).
• Painting and touch‑up work for interiors and exteriors.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues.

• High school diploma required; technical certification a PLUS.
• Minimum of 2 years of building maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex facility issues.
