CCMC is seeking a maintenance professional to support our master-planned communities in Gilbert, AZ. You will perform a range of maintenance tasks from electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry to ensure the property remains in excellent condition and safe for residents.
The role requires reliability, good communication, and the ability to work with residents and management. A valid driver's license and background check are required; familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.
