HVAC Foreman – Phoenix Metro

Salary: $40 – $45 per hour

• Supervise and coordinate the HVAC crew during installation, maintenance, and repair work on HVAC systems at construction sites.
• Lead HVAC service installation projects from start to finish, ensuring efficient and quality completion.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to keep jobs moving forward without delays.
• Utilize field technology such as tablets and service software for efficient project management.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems that arise during the installation process without waiting for direction.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
• Hold crew members accountable for their work and ensure projects stay on track and within budget.

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, and job‑site execution.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead crews and hold them accountable.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to adapt in the field without waiting for direction.
• Comfortable using field technology such as tablets and service software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in challenging environments.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• HVAC certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
