This is a full‑time, on‑site Refrigeration Technician role based in Gilbert, AZ. The Refrigeration Technician will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration units and related food service equipment. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, completing preventive maintenance tasks, replacing components, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. The role involves working with HVAC and electrical systems, accurately documenting service activities, and communicating findings and recommendations to customers and dispatch.

The technician will adhere to safety standards, respond to service calls in a timely manner, and support team members and leadership to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance for commercial refrigeration and food service equipment.
• Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills for mechanical and refrigeration systems, including diagnosing and resolving complex service issues.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Electricity, including safe work practices and basic electrical diagnostics related to equipment operation.
• Candidates should possess practical experience working with HVAC systems, including installation, service, and performance optimization.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for travel to customer sites.
• Relevant technical training or certification in refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field preferred (e.g., EPA Section 608 certification).
• Ability to lift and move equipment, work in commercial kitchen environments, and follow safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to work independently and as part of a service team.
