Efficiency Mechanical is looking for an HVAC start‑up and warranty technician. Duties would include start up and warranty work on large scale custom home projects. We have a knowledgeable and supportive staff with great resources. Come be a part of our great reputation!
Requirements- 2 years HVAC experience
- Inverter and VRF experience a plus
- Knowledge of Service Titan
- Year‑round work with 40+ hours per week
- Take home company truck after 90 days
- No on‑call shifts
