Schedule: Primarily 5x10s | Potential Saturday work

Project Duration: Expected through 2028 (potential for permanent position)

This is a long-term opportunity expected to run through 2028, offering consistent hours, potential overtime, and per diem for eligible candidates.

This is not a residential or light-commercial electrical role. Candidates must bring hands-on experience from large commercial and/or industrial projects involving electrical systems, motor controls, instrumentation, and process controls.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation systems
  • Motors, motor controls, starters, MCCs, VFDs, and related equipment
  • PLCs, process-control systems, control loops, and industrial automation
  • Field instrumentation, transmitters, sensors, and control devices
  • Instrument configuration, testing, calibration, and verification
  • Electrical and instrumentation troubleshooting using meters and diagnostic equipment
  • Electrical schematics, one-lines, P&IDs, and technical drawings
  • Loop checks, functional testing, and system verification
  • Commissioning, startup, testing, and turnover activities
  • Preventative maintenance, inspections, and corrective work
  • Documentation of testing, calibration, repairs, and completed installations

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as an E&I Technician, Instrumentation Technician, Industrial Electrician, Controls Technician, Electrical Technician, or similar
  • Large commercial and/or industrial project experience required
  • Strong hands-on experience with motors and motor-control systems
  • PLC and process-control experience
  • Instrumentation and calibration experience
  • Strong electrical and controls troubleshooting ability
  • Ability to read P&IDs, electrical schematics, and technical drawings
  • Knowledge of industrial electrical safety practices, codes, and standards
