RISE provides services for people with disabilities including residential settings, day programs, employment assistance, managed care, and hourly supports. Our mission is to create opportunities for and with people, including clients, employees, and stakeholders.

Direct Support Professionals provide assistance to individuals with disabilities in daily living activities, hygiene, meal preparation, mobility, and behavioral support across residential homes, day programs, and community settings.

• Desire and interest in working with people with disabilities or special needs, and respect for cultural differences.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Verbal and written communication skills adequate for the specific job.
• Successfully pass background checks with Arizona Central Registry, Arizona Adult Protective Services, and obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance.
• Other language abilities may be required.
• Reliable transportation to the work site and ability to transport people, when applicable.
• Access to a telephone.
• Ability to meet minimum training requirements and complete renewals as assigned.
• If required to drive an approved RISE vehicle: 21+ years old, pass drug test, maintain a valid driver’s license, and submit an acceptable driving record.
• If personal vehicle is used for transporting people, provide current auto insurance meeting RISE insurance minimum requirements.
