Recreation Leader – Kiddy Korner

Team Gilbert is seeking a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Recreation Leader – Kiddy Korner. This role focuses on providing best‑in‑class service while offering opportunities for professional growth.

• Assist with implementing facility programs and events.
• Prepare activities, curriculum, lead and monitor assigned activities, adapt to participants’ needs, manage classroom and maintain records.
• Provide customer service, field questions and resolve conflicts with internal and external customers.
• Facilitate a range of activities, crafts, and games for children ages 18 months to 7 years in a safe friendly environment.

• Work with minimal supervision, respond to emergency situations and possess strong conflict‑resolution skills.
• Possess outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible availability Monday–Thursday 8 am–12 pm & 4 pm–8 pm, Friday 8 am–12 pm & 4 pm–7:30 pm, and rotating Saturdays 8 am–1 pm (approximately 10–15 hours weekly).
• Maintain CPR and Standard First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Must be 18 + years of age.

Applications are reviewed on a weekly basis.

This is an At‑Will position and is FLSA Non‑Exempt – eligible for overtime compensation.

Physical Demands:
Medium work. The employee spends the majority of the work day in office, warehouse, outdoor/field environment.
