What You’ll Do:

Support children, teens, or adults with developmental disabilities in program spaces created to meet the needs of all we serve
Help clients meet personal, academic, or life skills goals
Assist with transitions, hygiene care, daily routines, and community outings
Participate in behavior and therapeutic programs
Supervise during aquatic activities and provide physical support
Collect data and collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team
All other duties assigned

What You’ll Need:

High School Diploma or GED
Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to swim and supervise in water
Valid driver’s license (if assigned to transport clients)
CPR/First Aid, Article 9, and Prevention & Support (or willingness to obtain)
Experience with developmental disabilities preferred
