What You’ll Love Working at L.I.F.E.:Great Benefits:
- First year of employment: unpaid scheduled breaks
- After 1 year of employment: eligible for 50% scheduled break pay

- Support children, teens, or adults with developmental disabilities in program spaces created to meet the needs of all we serve
- Help clients meet personal, academic, or life skills goals
- Assist with transitions, hygiene care, daily routines, and community outings
- Participate in behavior and therapeutic programs
- Supervise during aquatic activities and provide physical support
- Collect data and collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team
- All other duties assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to swim and supervise in water
- Valid driver’s license (if assigned to transport clients)
- CPR/First Aid, Article 9, and Prevention & Support (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with developmental disabilities preferred
