We’re growing and looking for a driven entry level Junior Web Developer that will be responsible for assisting with the coding, design and layout of websites according to our clients specifications. This role takes into consideration user experience and function, a certain level of both graphic design and computer programming is necessary. Websites should be visually appealing and feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.

The Junior Web Developer will also assist with maintenance and upkeep of managed websites. Comprehension of basic SEO standards with the ability to implement them into a website during the various development stages.

• Assist in the development of functional, fast, & responsive websites.
• Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of websites.
• Ongoing maintenance of websites.
• Maintain code integrity and organization.
• Troubleshoot for bugs, fix bugs if necessary, and improve usability.
• Assist in Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Experienced with back-end programming languages.
• Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, system administrators, and customers. Tailor web solutions to their needs and requirements.
• Make sure that high-quality graphic standards are met.

• Experience in the planning and the delivery of websites across multiple platforms.
• 2-4 year Degree Preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS framework (Word Press).
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms (such as mobile vs. desktop) and optimizing output to match the specific platform.
• Familiarity with layout requirements.
• Understanding of basic SEO standards with the ability to implement them.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and attention to details.
• Knowledge of Adobe CC package, modern web development tools, and content management software (CMS).
• Experience working with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements.
• Time management and analytical skills.
• Ability to perform several tasks at the same time.
• Ability to translate requirements into a finished project.
• Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Ability to stay on top of new web trends and implement them.
