Shipping & Receving Manager

Overview

Shipping and Receiving Clerk — World Wide RV, Mesa, AZ. World Wide RV has been Arizona’s trusted RV dealer for over 60 years, specializing in Jayco and helping families create lifelong adventures. We’re expanding and seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support our parts department and keep operations running smoothly. • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of RV parts, accessories, supplies, and materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices
• Unload deliveries safely and report any damages, shortages, or issues promptly
• Organize, stock, and maintain inventory in the warehouse/parts areas
• Prepare outgoing shipments, pack items securely, generate labels and documentation, and coordinate with carriers (UPS, Fed Ex, LTL freight, etc.)
• Perform cycle counts regularly and stay on top of inventory accuracy
• Maintain detailed records, including strong record-keeping and data entry in spreadsheets and inventory systems
• Communicate effectively with parts, service, sales teams, and delivery drivers— including staying firm and professional when handling upset or difficult drivers
• Multitask efficiently, prioritize tasks, and manage time to stay on track in a busy environment
• Keep the shipping/receiving area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Assist with other warehouse, clerical, or support tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred (RV parts knowledge is helpful but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork, counts, and records
• Strong record-keeping skills and proficiency working with spreadsheets (Excel or similar)
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively under pressure
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stand firm when dealing with upset delivery drivers while remaining professional
• Physically able to lift up to 50-60 lbs regularly and work on your feet throughout the day
• Reliable transportation and a solid work ethic
• Forklift experience or certification a plus (willingness to obtain one is great!)
