As a Shuttle Driver for Christian Brothers Automotive, you will provide safe and reliable transportation to and from our shop for our guests. You will drive our branded vehicle and adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations. In addition, you will provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, assisting them with getting in and out of the shuttle, and ensuring the shuttle is clean and comfortable.

• Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processes
• Provide safe shuttle service for guests
• Treat guests with respect and a Christian Brothers heart
• Maintain a timely shuttle route
• Assist passengers in getting in and out of the vehicle
• Assist the shop with receiving, processing, and handling parts and other errands as needed
• Notify the service manager of any required maintenance for the shuttle vehicle (e.g., oil changes, tire changes, cleaning, general maintenance)
• Keep the shuttle tidy and organized
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong interpersonal skills for communication with staff, vendors, and guests
• Valid state driver's license
• Meet required insurance driving record parameters
• Enjoy a fast‑paced environment and a team mentality (work hard, have fun)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

• Required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear frequently
• Occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
• Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
• Required close, distance, peripheral, color vision and ability to adjust focus
• Must be dependable for Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
