Job Title:
Shuttle Driver

As a Shuttle Driver for Christian Brothers Automotive, you will provide safe and reliable transportation to and from our shop for our guests. You will operate our branded vehicle while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Additionally, you will greet guests, assist them with boarding and disembarking, and ensure the shuttle remains clean and comfortable.

• Provide safe shuttle service to our guests.
• Treat guests with respect and courtesy in accordance with Christian Brothers values.
• Keep the shuttle tidy and organized.
• Assist passengers with getting in and out of the vehicle.
• Maintain schedule and keep the shuttle on time.
• Notify the service manager of any required maintenance such as oil changes, tire checks, cleaning, or general upkeep.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Meeting required insurance driving record parameters.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, talking, and hearing.
• Occasional balancing, stooping, kneeling, and/or crouching.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
• Dependable for Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
