Oversee track and trace activities for all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of issues;
Prepare, review, and maintain accurate Bills of Lading for finished goods shipments;
Generate and verify commercial invoices and shipping documentation, including for cross-border shipments;
Support import/export operations, including shipments to and from Canada, ensuring compliance with regulations;
Coordinate with vendors and carriers to schedule inbound material loads and respond to logistics-related inquiries
