Summary:
This class is the first of four levels in the Property series. Incumbents receive, inspect, store and retrieve physical inventory, supplies, equipment and fixed assets. Responsibilities may include inspecting incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality; preparing delivery tickets; logging and tracking invoices; assisting with physical inventory counts; filling material requisitions; loading and unloading shipments; and transporting materials. Safety is a critical factor with NHA and all employees will adhere to Safety Policies and ensure Safety is how we perform our duties.
- Receives a variety of orders; loads and unloads shipments; unpacks, labels, and sorts inventory, equipment, and/or supplies. Fulfills material requisitions as necessary.
- Enter and maintain data in a database. Prepare related reports from records.
- Process a variety of paperwork, including packing lists, invoices, and other related documents. Prepare a variety of operational records including delivery tickets, tracking invoices, and related information.
- Deliver inventory, supplies, or equipment to destination; place inventory items and supplies in correct location or supply room; assist with inventory counts.
- Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.

- Valid Driver’s License
- Forklift Operating Certificate
- High School Diploma or GED and one year of general labor, warehousing, or clerical support experience.
