MDB Transportation is hiring professional Class A CDL Solo Drivers for full-time company driver positions. We are looking for reliable, safety-focused drivers who want steady freight, weekly pay, full benefits, and long-term stability with an established transportation company.

This is a W-2 company driver position. Drivers work directly for MDB Transportation with company support, professional dispatch, steady freight, and a full benefits package.

Solo drivers earn $0.60 per mile. Drivers are paid under a mileage compensation program that compensates the full trip cycle, including driving, loading, unloading, pre-trip inspections, post-trip inspections, and required work time related to the load. Qualified drivers are eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle.
• Complete assigned loads on time and in a professional manner.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

• Handle required load-related duties including loading, unloading, and documentation when applicable.
• Represent the company professionally with customers, shippers, and receivers.

• Valid Class A CDL.
