• Safe Vehicle Operation:
  Operate a heavy or tractor‑trailer truck (New tractor all 2025 models) with payloads up to 92,000 lbs.; conduct pre‑ and post‑trip inspections; operate daily, ensuring familiarity and efficiency; communicate regularly with shipping team.
• Cargo Management:
  Efficiently secure and unload cargo using straps, chains, and binders; maintain accurate activity logs and report any issues to dispatch.
• Safety and Compliance:
  Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies; participate in safety training and initiatives.

• Experience:
  
  At least 3 years of AZ driving experience; experience with flatbed trucks is a great plus; demonstrated history of safe driving practices.
• Licenses and
  
  Skills:
  
  Must possess a valid Commercial AZ driver’s license; capable of physically managing cargo‑related tasks such as climbing and chaining; consistent display of a strong work ethic and dependability; must have a valid work permit in Canada or be legally entitled to work in Canada.

• Salary: $29.5 – $31.5 per hour.
• Additional Pay:
  Overtime pay after 44 hours per week.

• Flexibility required for working hours based on delivery volume and/or road and weather conditions.
