Delivery Driver, Pharmacy Services

Job Overview

Pharmacy Services & Delivery is responsible for materials handling and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing environment. The role involves warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, inventory management, demand, supply and manufacturing planning, and the prompt and accurate delivery of radiopharmaceuticals or oncology pharmaceuticals to medical care providers in accordance with customer demand and route requirements. Responsibilities include preparing doses for shipment, updating prescriptions, loading and unloading containers, and maintaining safety standards.

40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:30am‑4:00pm. Candidates must be flexible to work different days, shifts, overtime, and cover route shifts and nights up to twice a year. Training is required at the start of employment.

• Prepare and make deliveries to customer accounts on assigned route using a company vehicle (non‑CDL).
• Package radiopharmaceutical medication for shipment, perform testing, and load/unload containers.
• Use a handheld tablet to scan orders for accuracy, obtain route stop information, and navigate.
• Process packages returned from customer locations.
• Maintain vehicles in proper working condition and perform minor roadside repairs.
• Carry out general facility cleaning and other duties as required.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 18 years of age due to driving a company vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Previous delivery driving experience is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, and document processing).
• Ability to manage up to 75 pounds and to remain mobile for extended periods.
• Comfortable driving in all weather conditions, day or night.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work different days, shifts, overtime, weekends, holidays, and be on call or in a rotation.
• Ability to operate computers and tablets effectively.
• Comfortable working in a nuclear environment.
