• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, staging, kitting, shipping, and returns of cell tower materials
• Manage inventory of telecommunications equipment such as antennas, radios, coax/fiber cable, mounts, steel, and hardware
• Coordinate material deliveries and pickups with field crews, project managers, and logistics providers to ensure timely project support
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories; investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Ensure materials are staged and prepared to meet project schedules and site requirements
• Enforce OSHA, company, and site-specific safety standards to maintain a safe work environment
• Train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff and drivers
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and equipment readiness
• Oversee forklift and material-handling equipment usage and maintenance
• Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and managing damage or shortage claims
• Support emergency or after-hours material needs as required by project demands

• High school diploma or GED required;
  Associate degree preferred
• 3+ years of warehouse experience in telecommunications, construction, or cell tower industry preferred, but not required
• At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience
• Familiarity with cell tower materials and terminology strongly preferred, but not required
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain
• Proficiency with inventory systems, spreadsheets, and basic computer applications
• Valid driver's license
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Clear communication and leadership abilities
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment, including exposure to Arizona heat
• Willingness to work occasional overtime, early mornings, or weekends as needed

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
