Construction Labor / Trades, Heavy Equipment Operator
We are seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Laborers to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of physical tasks on construction sites, including site preparation, equipment operation, and assisting skilled tradespeople. Ideal candidates are safety-conscious, physically fit, and eager to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards.
- Read and follow plans, instructions, or specifications.
- Signal equipment operators to guide machinery and materials.
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and level earth using hand tools.
- Measure and mark areas for construction work.
- Load, unload, and distribute materials and tools.
- Maintain and repair tools and equipment.
- Operate pumps, compressors, or generators as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment.
Technical Knowledge
- Building & Construction:
Familiarity with materials, methods, and tools. - Mechanical:
Understanding of machines and tools, including maintenance and repair. - Public Safety & Security:
Awareness of safety procedures and hazard prevention.

- Conditions: Exposure to extreme weather, loud noise, dust, and hazardous materials.
- Hazards: Risk of falls, heavy machinery, sharp tools, and confined spaces.
May include early mornings, long shifts, overtime, and weekend work depending on project needs and weather conditions.
