Project Manager / HVAC Engineer| $79,000 - $95,000 Salary
Work Hours:
Monday through Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pmLocations:

Job Duties:
This position plays a critical support role in planning, scheduling, budgeting, field cost analysis, and compliance
Support Project Managers in planning, coordination, and execution of projects
Assist in preparing project submittals, including schedules, material lists, and subcontractor details.
Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
Maintain accurate project logs and reporting for clients and management
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of information and materials
Review drawings and specifications to spot potential conflicts and support resolution in the field
Assist in building and monitoring project schedules and milestones
Track budgets, invoices, and cost-related documentation
Participate in site meetings and ensure smooth project closeout with as-builts, warranties, and final reports
Obtain necessary project permits.
Track project quantities and assist in cost projections

Qualifications:
2
-3 years of commercial construction experience or internships in construction management
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and specifications
Proficiency in construction-related software and computer applications. (Procore, MS Project, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Etc.)Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines OSHA 10 certification required: OSHA 30 - Desired Familiarity with government contract requirements - Desired Valid drivers license and insurable drivers license Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
