As a Service Advisor at Thunder Basin Ford,LLC, you will be the key point of contact between our service department and customers. Your role is to provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, communicating clearly with the service team, and ensuring timely and accurate service delivery. You will play a vital part in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty within our Gillette, WY location.
Responsibilities- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their vehicle service needs.
- Explain vehicle issues and service options to customers clearly and accurately.
- Prepare work orders and communicate effectively with technicians.
- Provide estimates
- Manage service appointments and follow up with customers regarding service status.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and vehicle service history.
- Promote additional services and products to enhance the customer experience.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive service industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and service requests efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and terminology is beneficial.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for scheduling and invoicing.
- A professional and courteous demeanor.
- Competitive compensation ranging from $3,750.00 to $6,000.00 per month, paid semi-monthly.
