Front Desk Agent

Front Desk Agent – Travelodge of Gillette, WY

Shift: Thursday – Saturday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM;
Sunday – Monday 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional front desk service at the Travelodge of Gillette.

• Greet guests and manage check‑ins and check‑outs.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
• Assist guests with questions, directions, and local recommendations.
• Address and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest records and room key inventory.
• Support front desk operations as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Stable work history required.
• Experience with an IHG branded hotel highly desired.
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks on time.
• Knowledge of and ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system.
• Effective communication skills, clear conveyance of information.
• Maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
• Problem‑solving abilities and attentiveness to guest concerns.
• Team player, adaptable to a collaborative environment.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
