** Benefits*
* + Hourly wage between $35 and $40 per hour, depending on demonstrated experience and qualifications.

+ Work schedule structured as a two weeks on and two weeks off rotation with 12-hour day shifts during each roster.

+ Full benefits provided even though the positions do not include paid time off or sick leave as part of the compensation structure.

+ Assist with casing installation and well development for ISR wells, ensuring that production, injection, monitoring, and delineation wells are completed to specified quality and operational standards.

+ Conduct routine maintenance, lubrication, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on drill rigs and associated support equipment to minimize downtime and maintain reliable performance.

+ Handle drill pipe, casing, muds, polymers, drilling fluids, fuel, and other drilling consumables safely and efficiently, following company procedures and applicable safety requirements.

+ Complete pre-start inspections, hazard assessments, and required equipment checks, promptly reporting unsafe conditions, near misses, or incidents to supervisors as required by company policy.

+ Maintain accurate drilling logs, daily reports, maintenance records, and other required operational documentation in a timely and organized manner for operational and compliance purposes.
