CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Domino's Pizza - About The Job:
You will work in a fast-paced environment with schedules designed to fit your needs, part or full time. The role supports making, baking or taking pizzas during hungry hours of the day and night. Time is available for school, social activities, or a second job.

• Operate all equipment
• Prepare product to standard specifications
• Clean equipment and facility daily
• Work to a schedule
• Maintain appearance and adhere to standards
• Provide great customer service
• Attendance and punctuality; transportation to/from work
• Store cleanliness
• Understand and follow written instructions
• Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person
• Perform basic arithmetic as needed (may use calculator)
• Enter information into digital systems using a computer keyboard or touch screen

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather; in-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler areas to 90 degrees and above in some work areas. Temperature changes may occur in and outside the work area. Fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk-in cooler; hot surfaces up to 500 degrees or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Includes talking and hearing on the telephone; near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks; depth perception; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces; standing; walking short distances; lifting and delivering ingredients and supplies up to 50 pounds, with cases stacked up to 72 inches high.

Must be at least 17 years of age. Must be available after 3 p.m. and able to work Saturday/Sunday or every other weekend.
